Sony Vpl-vw100 (ruby) LCD Projector 1080p No Reserve!!

Sony vpl-vw100 1080p projector in excellent condition. Includes projector, remote, original box & kimber kable 12ft power kable model 10 (which i paid several hundred dollars for and had cable/input housing modified to use this high end power cord).

Projector is in excellent condition with only a few minor surface scratches - remote in excellent condition - cardboard box in fair/good condition. Projector bulb has 1846 hours but is still bright and working perfectly.

Projector has one and only one problem: the hdmi input is not displaying properly… This may be due to an incorrect setup setting…. The projector has a dvi input working perfectly and i have a hdmi/dvi convertor that i use and performs flawlessly….

Dvi and hdmi are completely equivalent in video quality with hdmi only differing in its audio capability which is not necessary with any projector….. Dvi and all other inputs perform flawlessly… Projector is located in my winter condo in miami beach florida, 33141…. To address several questions that have been asked repeatedly by ebayers.

2 this projector comes from a smoke, pet and child-free home. This projector was always well cared for and i was the only user because my wife was too lazy to figure out how to turn it on. 3 this projector was only mounted on the ceiling and has never been moved since installed.

It was installed in a dedicated theatre room and therefore the brightness has never been turned high because the room is completely dark at all times. 4 the lamp has 1846 hours…..

Sony advertises that the lamp has a 3000 hour lamp life total, but many people find they can go as high as 4000 hours on a lamp and merely turn up the brightness. This bulb is still very bright and has at least 1200 more hours left before the brightness needs to be turned up. 7 i can’t find the original owner’s manual, but a. Pdf manual is available for download on the sony website.
